Meet Amy Titus
Dr. Amy A. Titus is an executive advisor, thought leader, and entrepreneur with decades of international experience in human capital and workforce transformation.
In leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint, and Citigroup, she spearheaded large-scale workforce initiatives that optimized talent management, built leadership resilience, and strengthened organizational performance in complex global businesses and public sector environments.
Dr. Titus holds a Doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, with a specialization in workforce transformation and leadership. She is also an ICF-certified executive coach, combining academic rigor, practical tools, and deep expertise to help leaders and organizations thrive.
In addition to her advisory work, Dr. Titus is a speaker, author, and blogger on workforce transformation, learning and leadership, and the future of work.
