After a career leading large-scale human capital transformation projects, Amy founded Allaire Consulting to continue addressing complex workforce challenges. She brought together a network of seasoned human capital consultants—experts in leadership development, talent strategy, people development, and organizational performance—to help clients design practical solutions and implement them successfully.
